These terms are an agreement between you and Baer Creative ("we", "us"), the seller and operator of Your Story Scroll at scroll.geminibearsystems.com. By opening a scroll, using this site, or buying from it, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

Story scrolls are personal and promotional pages produced by Baer Creative. Some scrolls offer a digital collectible set — a full-resolution movie poster and the original soundtrack — as a one-time download for personal use.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, or spam.
• No infringing anyone's intellectual property, including copying, reselling, or redistributing purchased files.
• No interfering with security: malware, probing, or scraping the site.

Ownership and licence

Baer Creative and its licensors keep all rights to the site, software, branding, posters, and music. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and enjoy the files. It does not permit commercial use, resale, or public redistribution.

Service

We work to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is", without implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations.

General

You must be of legal age to make a purchase. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
