Baer Creative is the data controller for personal data collected through Your Story Scroll. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect and why

• Usage data (an anonymous visitor identifier, which scrolls are opened, music plays, downloads): to run and improve the service. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Device and technical data (IP address, browser type): for security and fraud prevention. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Purchase records (which set was bought, order reference, and the email you give at checkout): to deliver your purchase and provide support. Basis: performance of a contract.
• Messages you send us: to answer you. Basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host and run the site.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of products, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers, such as legal and accounting.
• Authorities, where required by law.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes (purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires), then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to its use. Email john@geminibearsystems.com; we'll reply within 30 days.

Security and cookies

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect data. We use only essential browser storage needed for the site to work and to count visits; no advertising cookies.
